1. Does WashBox need electricity or batteries?

No — it’s fully water-powered using a precision venturi pump. Just connect your water supply and you’re ready to go.

2. What size chemical drums fit inside?

It’s designed to fit a standard 5 kg drum inside the enclosure. You can also connect to an external container using the included suction tube.

3. What’s the dilution and output range?

Unlike other plug & play dosing boxes, you can set anywhere from 1% to 43% mix ratio. This covers everything from light cleaning to heavy-duty applications. The output with chemicals is limited to 2GPM or 58psi in ON mode.

4. How do I adjust the dilution?

Simply insert one of the 12 color-coded tips with your required percentage — match it to our included Dilution Cheat Sheet for quick, accurate settings.

5. Can I flush the system with clean water?

Yes — set the pump in RINSE mode and run clean water through the WashBox to rinse the pump and hoses after each job.

6. How long does setup take?

Under 60 seconds — place the drum inside, connect water in/out, set your dilution, and you’re ready.

7. What type of chemicals can I use?

All softwashing and professional cleaning chemicals (solar, windows, roofs, facades) are compatible. Always check the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for suitability and follow PPE recommendations.

8. Is it safe to transport with the drum inside?

Yes — the hinged, secure lid keeps the drum in place. For transport in vehicles, ensure the unit is upright and the chemical cap is tight to prevent leaks.

9. How do I clean and maintain my WashBox?

Always rinse with clean water after each use and lubricate seals periodically.

10. What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (consumables like seals and O-rings excluded).

11. Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide: across the EU - UK - USA - AU - SA . For other regions, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

12. Can this be used for solar panel cleaning?

Yes — WASHBOX can be used for solar with WFP/brush setup, solar cleaning robots and electric driven rotary brushes.

13. Can this be used with High Pressure?

No — WASHBOX has a limited output of 2GPM so it's designed for low pressure cleaning only.
